You often ask me what to eat before and after a training. Some of you probably don't have enough time to prepare something, it's easier to buy a snack than to make it.
You've probably noticed already that I don't really eat dairy and my recipes usually lack it. But this time I decided to add some goat milk cheese. If I was to recommend dairy at all it would be goat's, for sure.
I know you already know them, but I've heard that you also like them :), so I thought I'd come up with a new version of this 'powerful' snack.
