The most common reason for resigning from the gym training is because we feel embarrassed and ashamed. Women are embarrassed cause of not knowing what to choose and how to train. Some people believe that weight machines offer narrower range of motion and they focus only on specific muscle groups at once. Specific weight training and free weights may be better when we want to involve more muscle at the same time.
