Gdansk!
There was a meeting at Empik and book promotion. I love such meetings because they are inspiring for me – people always ask interesting questions and have different opinions from mine – they say nice words that bolster me up!
Another little success behind me. I gathered over 500 people in a sports hall at the Academy of Physical Education in Gdansk. What kind of people? Positive and active ones!
What brought the biggest smile to my face was a young fit mum who was exercising with us for 2,5 hours having her little baby in the pram! After energetic Zumba that the mum danced before her offspring, the dad took over the baby so that she could take part in our workout till the very end – bravo!
The energetic Zumba session was led, as usual, by Katrin, and the proper workout was led by me. In the end, participants could check if they can motivate one another. Why? Because I invited them to training sessions in Warsaw (Sept. 5th) and Szczecin (Sept. 6th).
