No idea for today’s workout – how about a FriendsTraining?

The series includes 8 exercises.

 

Each exercise you do for 30 seconds and move on to the next.

Full training is 4 such series.

Warm-up sprint in place 1 minute (between sets sprint 1 minute)

  1. March in support of forearms. Supports can spice (also stimulating our muscles) going first left hand, then the other hand, your arm that supports must be straight. Hold on for a moment in this position and change arm, and again.
  2. Burpees
  3. Sit-ups – whichever y u prefer, I prefer CrossFit sit-ups – feet together, knees in distance. When you perform exercise your legs should maintain in shape of V. Hands behind head moving straight, touch your heels and return to the starting position.
  4. Cancer with pump and climbing : pump- change the support twice throwing outside (left arm-right leg, right arm-left leg) pump and support your knees to your chest (climbing)
  5. Bridge, lying on your back, legs raised above the ground,  hands “drag line” (climbing on a rope)
  6. jump, supported squat, throw both legs to the left, throw both legs to the right, stand up and knees high to the chest. Repeat 5 times
  7.  Triceps: supported in the back (knee maintain at the right angle) resist one leg on the other, band your arms while keeping your hips high
  8.  Supports with an obstacle: support position (keep the body in a straight line), move your hands back and forth as if you were moving lying on the ground rope
