Tomatoes! And they come in red, green, yellow – even black! Wild ones, Brandywines, Cherry tomatoes, Big Beefs, Better Boys, Green Zebras and others – there’s so many of them!
You know that moment when before leaving for a trip you have to empty the fridge? Nobody likes or should dispose of food!
Beets are alkaline-forming vegetables that help regulate the digestive system and remove toxins from the body.
If I write that every day you should eat as many vegetables as possible, it will be a cliché of a cliché.
If somebody asked me what vegetable I am, I’d say, without hesitation, that I’m a beet. ;)
