Summer Camp 2015!
Here is the first batch of photos from the Camp. I hope they will render its atmosphere a little. And the atmosphere is first of all healthy 🙂
Monika Pyrek – an outstanding athlete – joined our team of camp trainers and lecturers. Looking at this petite girl, it’s hard to believe that she has so many great sporting successes on her scorecard. Being with her is an honour and great fun. I am so happy that she agreed to share her knowledge and power with us!
If you learn… learn only from the best. Running technique during a morning warm-up!
We practise 3 times a day. Running, dancing, doing cardio karate, exercising with equipment, in pairs and alone. It’s incredible to see how camp participants overcome their weaknesses, support and encourage each other. There are beginners among them, but also the people whose high level of fitness was amazing – I could see excellent results of their everyday efforts! There are teenagers here, but also people who have just turned 50 and they all prove that there are no age limits in doing sports.
As usual, Henryk is motivating other participants with his positive attitude!
We eat healthily, our chef is cooking according to my suggestions and recipes. And because we are enjoying the summer, so our tables are full of aromas and colors.

I hope that these photos will inspire you to action. Holidays, leaves of absence, they are an excellent time to rest. Lying on the beach sucks your energy out instead of giving it. I wish you sports cheerful summer!!!
