Shaped calves
To get shaped calves best exercise is to stand on toes with sprints in one place (but not running on a treadmill machine). Cycling also builds tight calf, often even too much.

Remember to stretch – it slims and reduces crumps.
Do not push yourself continuous walking in heels because it’s bad for your calves, feet and spine! Of course, legs in high heels look great, but remember there are also comfortable shoes. Health is most important.
