Saturday 15/7
The weekend’s here! It’s free time! What a great opportunity to train with the whole family or friends! And exercise in pairs :).
Training with a partner: Forearm plank and jumps over legs
The first partner: move into forearm plank pose, support the body on your forearms, with the legs slightly apart, keeping the body in straight line; hold the stomach tight, your eyes directed straight ahead. Place your hips and pelvis so that your back forms a straight line from head to heels
The second partner: perform sideways jumps over each of your partner’s legs. Keep your back straight, engaging your arms.
During the exercise, it is important that the feet touch the ground as soon as possible. Also, while performing jumps, your feet should not cross.
Benefits:
Forearm plank:
- you strengthen the deep muscles
- you strengthen the abdominal muscles
- you improve your stability
Jumps over legs:
- you improve your coordination
- you improve the speed of your legs
- you improve your balance
You can find the whole training on the 15/7 DVD!
