Probably permanent observers of my blog have already noticed what products I like the most :), among other things, I love our Polish vegetables, especially the root ones.I constantly recommend them to athletes as a source of carbohydrates.
Often we invent dishes that are most welcome once in a while :) However, the basic products also can be the base for a simple and delicious dish or appetizer.
Spring's finally here, but we'll need to wait a while for early spring vegetables though. The weather changes constantly, so let's eat root veggies - warming-up and healthy.
