I have written about the properties of potatoes quite recently – HERE . But it is worth reminding ourselves of their qualities, because they still are largely underappreciated.
It’s already warm, but still – it isn’t summer yet. We’re all ‘breathing spring in’, but some are unfortunately accompanied by diseases during this process. This soup made from a chicken broth is the best remedy :).
I just love green asparagus.
Pure sun on the plate! Carrots and oranges are easily available, so why not? Let's make a soup :). It'll warm you up, thanks to its colour and spices. :)
Spring's finally here, but we'll need to wait a while for early spring vegetables though. The weather changes constantly, so let's eat root veggies - warming-up and healthy.
It's a perfect February dinner recipe. You can use sunny squash or warming-up carrots. Pickled beetroots and garlic are responsible for the taste and nutrition :).
Much less greenery in the gardens.
