YUMMY AND GLUTEN FREE GINGERBREAD!
Healthy gluten-free gingerbread
So here comes the coolest time – Christmas. For me it’s always special. It’s family and friends time. I slow down, stop for a while and stay home with my loved ones. I decided to make some delicious stuff this year. Healthy gingerbread for you today:
Cream butter and eggs. Mix dry ingredients in a separate bowl. Preheat the oven to 170 degrees. Mix everything by hand. Cover the dough with foil and put into the fridge for a couple minutes. Roll it out thinly and bake for 15-20 minutes. Make sure not to keep them in the oven for too long.
They are all ready and locked in a box until Christmas. And I’m all impatient to eat them already! 🙂
