Christmas Gingerbread with pumpkin

We had gingerbreads with chestnut flour, gingerbread soup and now its time for gingerbread pumpkin 🙂

Recipe easy and pleasant, and no one should have any problems with making it.

Pumpkin gingerbread

Preparation:

Cut both pumpkins in half, remove the seeds and pulp. Bake at 180 degrees for approx. 30 minutes. After removing the skin. blend it in a food processor. Add rest of ingredients and mix well. Leave a few nuts for garnishing. Put the dough into the baking tray with baking paper. Add nuts and bake for about 45 minutes at 180 degrees. Once done, leave it in the oven to cool down.
