Steamed halibut with vegetables

You are asking me for an easy, quick to make, but nutritious and healthy recipes for the summer.

Today, very fast dish – fish with steamed vegetables. I love halibut. It has a delicate, creamy taste. In addition, it cooks quickly, so if you have access to fresh fillets you can have to try this recipe 🙂

Preparation:

Was the fillets thoroughly, put them into a bowl and add olive oil and spices –  marinate for a moment. Wash the vegetables thoroughly, cut off the woody ends of asparagus, and slice the zucchini. Place all ingredients into a steamer container. Cook for about 20 minutes, add  olive oil and its ready.
