Pea soup

 

Do you want a green soup? I know that during winter it is hard to buy some vegetables, especially green ones, but in this case, frozen food comes to the rescue again. Today we will use green pea!

Preparation:

Slice the onion, leek and ginger. Simmer on a hot pan in olive oil with soy sauce for 10 minutes and place it in a pot. Add frozen peas and add water. Cook until tender and finally add the milk and season as desired.

Blend everything  and sprinkle with your favorite seeds.
