Power position!

Not all of us believe in our potential, skills, intellect. By lowering our value, we build strong locks that sometimes make it impossible for us to act. We are sometimes, actually some of us are constantly – unsure of themselves.

It’s worth working on it, everyone has their own power 🙂 you just need to stimulate it!

Breathe deeply. Stand straight, legs on the width of the hips, feet parallel to each other. Lift your arms slightly and pull the shoulder blades together, arms slightly to the back, open your chest. Stay in this position. Feel the spine straightening, how strong the axis for your body is now. Pull in the stomach, raise your chin slightly. Feel the flow of energy that flows smoothly through your body.

Stay in this position – it’s called a power pose. It will give you power – according to Amy Cuddy of Harvard University, the pose will raise testosterone levels after a short time and will reduce stress.

Remember about this pose especially in critical situations, in which the body instinctively crutches and closes, and you will feel stronger and more confident. The right attitude is therefore health, strength and beauty.

Watch out if you develop a habit of keeping this attitude constantly – you will feel stronger, you will able to act and overcome obstacles.
