Vegetable stew in yummy sauce

I’m taking advantage of the pumpkin season. It’s great not only for soups but also pancakes or stewed vegetables in a delicious sauce.

Autumn vegetables taste great with rice, buckwheat groats as well as meat and fish. There are lots of options to  choose from 🙂 Pick the one you prefer and enjoy.

 

Preparation:

I washed all the vegetables. I diced the pumpkin and the pepper, sliced the zucchini and cut the tomatoes into strips. Then I chopped the garlic finely and fried it in butter, added the vegetables and fried everything for a few minutes. Next I poured in the milk, added the spices and the tomatoes. I stewed the vegetables until tender and sprinkled the dish with chopped dill and basil.
