Banana Muffins
You probably know that I don’t use white sugar when I cook. I have already explained it in one of the challenge entries (you can read it HERE). The sweet taste occurs naturally in many products and there is really no need for additional sweetening. In the recipe for muffins that I have prepared for you today, the addition of dates and banana accounts for the sweet taste. And it really is enough! See for yourself. 🙂
Preparation:
I soaked the dates in hot water and left them for about 15 minutes. I preheated the oven to 200℃ and in the meantime I greased the muffin pan. Then I put the dates, egg, oat flakes, banana, soda, coconut drink, and cinnamon into a tall container, and blended until smooth. I transferred the mixture into the pan and baked the muffins for about 25 minutes. Just wait for them to cool down and enjoy! 🙂
