Banana…Coffee!
Looking for a way to boost your energy? Let me help you out! This smoothie is great for waking you up in the morning, plus it’s extremely quick to prepare. You can also have it as an energy boost before training.
Preparation:
I sliced the banana, added it to the plant-based drink and heated it up. Then I added cinnamon and cardamom, blended until smooth and transferred into glasses. Next, I poured in the espresso and topped it off with a pinch or cinnamon. Yummy! ?
