POULTRY BURGER WITHOUT The ROLL
A meal like that can be eaten for breakfast, dinner or supper – makes things a lot easier!
Why high-fat, high-protein meals? I’ve written about it HERE
Preparation:
First, I ground the Turkey meat in a food processor, but you can use a meat grinder as well. When it was ready, I added a little water and started kneading the meat. Next I fried the onion, which I had chopped before, until transparent. Then, I grated the zucchini and chopped the leek finely. With that out of the way, I also chopped both the dill and parsley this way.
I mixed the meat with the rest of the ingredients and spices. Now I could start molding the mixture into round patties.
In the pan, I heated coconut oil over low heat.
Having turned the heat up, I began placing the patties in the pan, frying each side for several minutes. If someone’s meat mixture doesn’t stick, I suggest you add one egg. The patties can also be put into the oven and prepared without frying.
The last thing I had to do was to interleave the round patties with chopped avocado, tomato, and lettuce leaves.
