Date & Chocolate Mazurek Cake

Mazurek cake is another traditional cake that I prepare for Easter. Today I want to show you a healthier version of this delicious cake – a fit date and chocolate mazurek cake.

Preparation:

Line a loaf tin or a square mold with baking paper. Preheat the oven to 180℃. Combine the flour and baking powder, add maple syrup and clarified butter and knead the dough. Transfer the dough into the tin and bake for 15 minutes at 180 ℃. Soak the dates in hot water and then blend with coconut milk, cocoa and almonds. Spread the date paste on the cake, decorate with coconut chips and goji berries.
