Diet and Training by Ann already on Apple Watch!

My Diet & Training by Ann app can be downloaded on Apple Watch starting May 26th! It is one of the few Polish applications available in the App Store that can be downloaded on Apple Watch to keep track of the progress in training and control it with just one click ?

 

The Diet & Training by Ann application has been awarded by Apple in 22 countries, and in November last year it was on the first place of the “Apps made in Poland” and “app of the day” list. Now you can download it to your Apple Watch to keep track of your workout progress. The developers of the app consulted directly with Apple experts in order to develop the best technological solutions for application users. Diet & Training by Ann allows you to switch exercises, stop and resume training or change music with just one simple click. You can also accurately monitor the number of calories burned, as well as check the level of the current heart rate: the watch will inform you in blue when the heart rate is too low or in red when the training is too intense. In addition, users will be able to check the five-point scale showing % HRmax in real time, and they will receive a summary of the results immediately after the workout. Two more functionalities, which help your monitor breathing and hydration, will also be added in the near future.

On the one hand, the pandemic has caused that, as a nation, we became less active, but on the other hand, we have begun to pay more attention to healthy diet and exercise. As the data shows, the users of my app started using it very intensively last year.
