Greek Grilled Chicken Bowl

I cooked the rice following the recipe on the packaging, making sure it was loose and not overcooked. In the meantime, I cut the meat into thin strips, seasoned it with half the salt and pepper, and then grilled it in a pan without any oil until it took on a golden color and an appetizing aroma. I chopped the lettuce, and finely diced the tomato, cucumber, and onion. I cut the olives in half to evenly distribute their flavor in the salad. Then I put all the ingredients – lettuce, rice, vegetables, and crumbled cheese – into a bowl. I gently sprinkled everything with olive oil and lemon juice, added the remaining spices and stirred thoroughly so that the flavors combined perfectly. I topped it off with pieces of aromatic meat. Ready!
