Steamed halibut with green vegetable puree

If I have a choice usually I prepare my meals steamed. The prepared food is easy to digest, it’s not losing large amounts of vitamins and minerals, quickly soften and their preparation does not require oil for heating. I prefer in this case adding fat at the end when the dish is ready.

In addition, preparation by steaming does not take much time. If you do not have a steamer, you can use a pot of water and buy  a special dish or use a strainer.

Today for lunch I suggest fish  🙂

Steamed halibut with green vegetable puree

Preparation:

Wash the fish, place into the steamer or in a pot with strainer and water. Steam under cover, in the meantime add sea salt and pepper. At the same time divide the broccoli into small pieces and together with the peas  put them in the steamer (or you can cook in a pot). When the veggies are soft, blend it by adding 1 teaspoon of coconut oil, salt and pepper. Place the ready fillet of halibut on plate and add green puree, sprinkle with a few drops of lemon and with sesame seeds
