HYROX Training Camp by Ann – The first camp of its kind in Poland

Organized in partnership with HYROX Poland for everyone who trains, competes, and prepares for HYROX — and for those who want to take their training to the next level.

HYROX Training Camp by Ann is several days where you focus solely on yourself, your body, and your fitness.

You train hard, but smart. You eat well. You recover consciously.

You’re in a place that gives you energy and motivation. You train on the professional equipment used at HYROX competitions.

LOCATION: European Budo Centre – Dojo Stara Wieś

 

DOJO Stara Wieś is a one-of-a-kind facility on a global scale — built according to the canons of Japanese architecture against the backdrop of the Polish landscape. It is also the largest center dedicated to specialist training in Far Eastern martial arts and combat sports. For the duration of HYROX Training Camp by Ann, DOJO will be equipped with the professional gear used at HYROX competitions.

Beyond that, it is a magical place, surrounded by fields and forests, located far from the hustle and bustle of urban life. A Japanese village filled with silence, tranquility, and positive energy, situated on the edge of the Przedbórz Landscape Park. 

CAMP PROGRAMME

TRAINING

 

A professionally designed training system built for HYROX competition:

  • Hybrid training combining strength and endurance

Top-level training led by certified coaches who are among Poland’s leading HYROX athletes, alongside Anna Lewandowska and her coaching team, who are also HYROX competitors themselves.

 

The camp begins on Tuesday afternoon and ends on Sunday after lunch.

 

NUTRITION

Breakfasts, lunches, and dinners prepared by professional chefs — balanced meals made according to Anna Lewandowska’s guidelines and recipes, featuring healthy products from organic brands partnering with Ania.

COACHES

Anna Lewandowska

 A coach with many years of experience, holding training certifications in fitness and personal training (including CrossFit Level 1 Trainer). She has completed numerous courses in nutrition. A multiple medallist at World, European, and Polish Championships in traditional karate. A motivator and creator of original training programmes, including the hybrid ALL OUT programme. Currently completing her HYROX coach certification.

Jakub Jandura

Country Manager of HYROX Poland, certified personal trainer with a HYROX Level 1 certification, and HYROX competitor.

Damian Łuniewski

Strength and conditioning coach accredited by the Australian Strength and Conditioning Association at Professional Level 2 (Level 3 in progress), and physiotherapist. He works with and consults athletes across more than 20 different sports disciplines — from amateurs to those preparing for the Olympic Games.

Luis Pajares – Healthy Team

Certified personal trainer, based at Edan Studio in Barcelona. CrossFit Level 2 Coach and competitor with experience in football, calisthenics, functional training, and HYROX. Currently completing his HYROX coach certification.

Małgorzata Reysner – Healthy Team

Experienced personal trainer and fitness instructor since 2006. She specialises in CrossFit, functional training, high-intensity workouts, and general fitness and body composition. CrossFit Level 1 Trainer since 2015. Named Top Trainer by Shape magazine in 2016. Currently completing her HYROX coach certification.

 

COST: 6,500 PLN

The price includes:

  • Accommodation (5 nights) in high-standard 7-person Japanese cottages, featuring 4 rooms equipped with specialist sleeping futons, a living room with fireplace and terrace, 3 bathrooms, a double-sink washroom area, a kitchenette with refrigerator and electric kettle, towels, a dryer, and Wi-Fi
  • Full board: breakfast, lunch, and dinner — menu based on Anna Lewandowska’s recipes
