A few important tips to fight cellulite

  1. Exercise, stayactive – take advantage of every opportunity to move! Choose the stairs instead of the lift, a bike instead of a car. Exercising stimulates blood circulation, which is very important when fighting cellulite.
  2. Healthy diet – focus on kasha and vegetables, and give up simple carbohydrates, including white sugar. Products with high GI cause proliferation of fat cells.
  3. Quit stimulants!
  4. Drink a lot of water with lemon, best at room temperature. It will improve the work of the lymphatic system and removing toxins from the body.
  5. I recommend water, chia seeds and lemon (lime).

  6. Get some rest and do stretching after each workout.
  7. Don’t wear clothes that are too tight, especially on hot days. It restricts the flow of lymph and causes swelling.
  8. Make use of massages.
  9. Learn how to relieve stress – do not replace it with eating.
  10. If you suffer from hormonal changes – consult a good endocrinologist!
