Today’s recipe is super quick and super colorful at the same time.
You can use this one as a pre/after training snack or for your May cocktail party :).

The sunny cocktail – power for the training:
- strawberries – 75 g
- raspberries – 125 g
- peaches – 100 g
- curcuma – 4 g
- water – 50 g
- cinnamon

The green cocktail – morning refreshment
- bananas – 200 g
- apple – 150 g
- spinach leaves – 50 g
- lemon juice – 18 g
- cayenne pepper

The white cocktail – an after training regeneration
- banana – 100 g
- dried dates – 5 g (2 dates)
- coconut milk – 180 ml
- cocoa grains – 7 g
- 80% cocoa powder – 15 g
- chia seeds – 10 g
- cinnamon – 4 g
- vanilla extract – 4 g
- sea salt
- Cover dates with hot water.
- Smash banana with a fork, add some milk, dates and cocoa.
- Blend all the ingredients.
