Asparagus Cream Soup
It is here!!! One of my favorite spring delicacies … ASPARAGUS!
Every year I repeat, how much I love them 🙂 it is not changing:)
Today on my table the simplest in the world – white asparagus cream. Consistency and taste … as in the name 🙂 delicious and creamy.
By the way, I will remind you about the most important properties, because there are many exceptions. They contain folic acid, potassium and sodium, phosphorus and magnesium, vitamins C, A and B, useful amino acids. They provide a lot of fiber and are low calorie. In addition, they act cleansing and diuretic.
Simple asparagus cream soup
Preparation:
Wash and peel the asparagus, cook in the water until soft. Then remove water, and add coconut milk. Add spices and blend it.
