NEW BOOK IS ON THE WAY “Healthy Mum – Healthy mother’s guide “
Let the big countdown begin!
In a few weeks – on the 24.05. The fruit of my several months of work will be published – the book “Healthy Mum – Healthy Mother’s Guide”. The subject is close to me, because as you know since several years I run a cycle of workshops for future mothers. I am training in this direction and I work with specialists since my studies, because these workshops have always had a special place in my heart. I am glad that so many women trust me and use them.
For some time the topic is also a personal experience, because I will soon be a mother myself. I have been preparing for this role for so long and this is one of the most important tasks in my life. I would like to give my child the most valuable gift to start with – HEALTH.
The idea to share my observations, experience and knowledge gained over the last few years has been created a long time ago. However, the breakthrough moment that pushed me to write it was a visit to the doctor’s office. The doctor who was pregnant on one of the first visits assessed the results of the study, conducted a detailed interview and was amazed at my commitment to healthy living, diet and conscious training. He said: “I do not know what you do , but you have to describe it somewhere.”
I wrote the book throughout the pregnancy. You can find there advice on diet, physical activity and medical care before, during and after pregnancy. In addition, I wrote a few words about equally important in this period – mental stability.
Besides the above mentioned topics, I have prepared a large portion of healthy recipes and training kits for each trimester of pregnancy. I had doctors and professors helping me with the theory and health care (medical examinations, etc.) – here you will find a lot of helpful medical advice prepared by them.
In addition, the book is full of beautiful photographs by Marta Wojtal.
