Workout in the park!

It’s autumn, but it’s still warm. It’s a perfect time for exercising outside.

Today I want to show you a few exercises with a bench. Simple and effective.

Do 15-25 reps and repeat 2-3 times. Try to do the exercises at home (sofa, chair) – paying attention to the correct posture, keeping your back, abs and arms tense.

The pictures show performing the exercises on one side only. Do them on both sides (left and right legs)!

Remember about a warm-up and stretching!
