Ice cream for the active
Autumn, it’s colder, but hopefully we still can sometimes enjoy warm days. It’s the last chance to eat ice cream!
Today I recommend a real explosion of carbs and fats, which will help your muscle glycogen recover after an intensive afternoon workout.
We eat a protein dinner after an hour. Football players like this dessert very much ;P.
I kept the coconut milk in the fridge and right after taking out poured it into the mixer. I added a banana, avocado, dessicated coconut and lemon, and mixed them on a uniform mass. I added 2 tablespoons of chocolate and stirred it into the mass. I put it in a bowl, sprinkled with the chocolate that was left and Goji berries. Next, I put it in the freezer compartment for 2 hours. I left it for 15 minutes after taking out, then served. It’s watery inside but the top is frozen.
