“Hello, I would like to share my story with my not easy road to change the quality of life.
26 years old, with weight of 125 kg meaning a really bad mood. I decided to start: I quit my cigarettes, reduced my alcohol intake, and decided to eat healthy (I used to create my own diet with a help of internet), i also added some sports.
At the begining, running was very hard, after 200 meters I had no strength, but I did not give up, and every day I was running a longer distance. I lost weight to 100 kg and i managed to run 10km. Then I added strength training. When the weight reached to 90 kg my mood was sensational. My quality of life has changed radically. It lasted for about 5 years;
The burden of certain obligations, stress, irregular eating, beer, and the inability to carry out the training placed me again into a state where I was again overweight, reaching 120kg. Although I was running all the time (less than before), the weight did not go down well and the mood was not great either.
However, I did not give up and I wanted to go back to what I was once, I went to a dietitian. After applying diet (1250 kca) and returning to sport (I added Indoor Cycling 2 times a week) I was back to 90 kg but I was not quite happy with it because my workouts were not so effective and I felt that I was losing strength and so my motivation began to fall, and finally I began to let the training go.
In December 2016 my weight began to grow again and I weighed over 105 kg, but then I came across Diet by Ann. Initially it was hard, especially with grocery shopping and preparation of meals, but over time it began to make me happy and the meals were delicious. After starting Diet by Ann I began to reduce fat tissue without loss of strength or muscle tissue. For running and indoor cycling (now it’s just a cycling) I added weight training and crossfit two or three times a week.
My mood is sensational and the sporty performance and strength improved (10km in 45 mins) as you can see in the photos attached. After many years of experience, I would like to share with others that you can not give up and you need to find the best solution for yourself because everything is possible if you want it, as you see in the attached photos. And remember never give up even though sometimes it is not easy but you always have to fight til the end.
