Carrot and coconut omelette
Autumn is here and so the recipe is in the autumn shades. Today the omelette is in a bit sweeter version, but with no sugar added. Coconut and carrot make for a great combination! I spiced it all up with a good dose of warming spices. Check it out for yourselves :)
