Oat Tart
Today I want to share my little secret with you! It’s one of the best examples that milk-free equivalents of cheesecakes can really make your mouth water, and not only in people who exclude dairy from their diet. I can guarantee that the tart from this recipe can bring lots of sunshine (and flavour!) to your homes! Let’s do it!
Preparation:
The crust:
I blended the cashew butter with soaked dates and combined it with the dry ingredients. Then I transferred it to a tart pan and pressed it evenly across the bottom and up the sides.
The custard:
I cooked the groats in plant milk, added the honey and lemon juice. Then I blended it until it looked like a typical cheese custard. I put it onto the crust.
The glaze:
I mixed mango and passion fruit and poured the glaze onto the tart. You can use any fruit to prepare it.

I used almond butter instead, and I just added 1 cup of oats, I was worried to put 2 cups..I think it would be too dry, but maybe I am wrong. Anyway, 1 cup worked for me;)
