Pasta Casserole

How was your weekend? It’s been a long time since I last prepared a pasta dish for you. And there it is: a vegetable and parmesan casserole, six ingredients only. Sounds inviting? How about having it for your lunch? 

 

Preparation:

I cooked the pasta and blanched the broccoli. Then I washed the cherry tomatoes and halved them. I mixed the yogurt with spices. Next, I placed the pasta, broccoli, and cherry tomatoes in a casserole dish, poured the sauce all over it and sprinkled the top with parmesan cheese. I baked it for about 20 minutes at 180ºC with the convection option on.
