Rice Pasta with Salmon and Vegetables
Today a recipe for one of my favorite dishes: rice noodles with salmon and vegetables. Salmon is a source of high-quality protein, and rice noodles provide a huge dose of energy that’s not stodgy, and are rich in potassium, magnesium, iron and zinc. Let’s get down to it! ?
Preparation:
I cooked the noodles following the recipe on the package. I roasted the salmon for about 20 minutes at 180°C. I cut the vegetables into smaller pieces and cooked them al dente. Then I put them into a bowl, added cooked noodles and salmon. I sprinkled it all with my favorite spices and drizzled the soy sauce over the dish. Enjoy! ?
