RICE PAPER CROQUETS – NO FRYING, GLUTEN-free
Borsch with croquets is a very popular, party dish. Carnival is a good occassion for parties. I prepared an alternative for traditional croquets – easy, rice paper croquets.
Put mushrooms, squash, spices and a bit of water into a saucepan and let it simmer for about 10 minutes.
Soak the rice paper for 10 seconds in hot water.
Take it out of the water, place it on a clean plate, put the filling on every piece, add tamari sauce and roll. Sprinkle them with balsamic sauce at the end.
They are perfect with borsch. 🙂
