Seasonal Fruit Crumble

The perfect dessert – baked seasonal fruit with oat crumble 🙂

And for fans of sweet breakfasts, I would like to add that it can also be part of the first meal. All you need to do is compose the entire dish appropriately, adding a source of protein (e.g. natural yogurt, Skyr or Greek one) and healthy fats – a bit of seeds (sunflower, chia, sesame) or crushed nuts (walnuts, hazelnuts, cashews).

 

Preparation:

I cut the peach into cubes and placed them together with the raspberries in a baking dish. I ground the flakes and mixed them with cardamom, salt, maple syrup and clarified butter. I kneaded the mixture with my hands to create a crumble, which I sprinkled over the fruit. I baked the whole thing at 180°C for about 15 minutes.
