SNOWY BEETROOT CUPCAKES
Christmas is all around us. Winter’s just around the corner – the temperature leaves no doubt. I really love Christmas time and all the preparations – buying Christmas presents and… creating new dishes obviously.
There is no Christmas without beetroots at my house 🙂 Snow would also be a good idea for Christmas, huh? Ok, so let’s serve:
Snowy beetroot cupcakes
Just mix all of the ingredients. Add dark chocolate, cranberry or goji berries. If the dough is dry – add some plant milk, for example coconut.
Put it into the oven for 35 minutes, 180 degrees.
Leave them in the oven for a while to cool down.
But it’s not all! Let’s make a frosting for those cupcakes 🙂
Melt it all in a saucepan and cover the cupcakes.
Decorate them with grenade seeds and coconut flakes.
And it’s ready!
You can also give them to your friends as a Christmas gift. 🙂
