Christmas tart with apple and cinnamon
Thinking of cinnamon, I immediately have a warm blanket, winter weather and Christmas pastries in my mind.
Cinnamon is an excellent spice for sweet dishes as well and savory ones. It has a very pleasant, sweet-spicy aroma and taste.
And what else is hidden in this rusty colored spice? 🙂

Tart with apples and cinnamon
Preparation:
Cake – blend all the ingredients, place the batter in the baking tray and put it in the frigde for around 1 hour.
Filling -washe the apples, remove the skin and seeds. cut the apples into thin slices and sprinkle with lemon juice. Add all the spices and maple syrup. Mix it all but be careful not to break the slices.
After an hour, take the cake out of the fride and place the apples – just as on the photo.
Before placing the cake in the oven, sprinkle it with coconut sugar and cranberry.
Bake at 180 degrees for around 30-35 minutes.
