Dance!
On my blog I often write a lot about a need for physical activity, its importance for health and I suggest exact workouts.
During sports activities we work on our fitness, strength, flexibility and endurance, etc. We are trying to practice carefully, polish our technique, make our results better.
Today, I recommend you a bit different type of activity. Free, unrestricted. Find a few minutes for yourself and turn on the music you like. Move as you like. Don’t think about how others would look at you. Don’t think about your dance moves. Let yourself flow with the music and this time let your body rule, not mind. The longer it lasts, the better. Jump, bend your body to the rhythm, close your eyes if you need. Enjoy these free movements, relax and be the music.
Such dancing calms down and gives joy. Try it out yourselves!
