The simplest and fastest green asparagus soup ;)
One of the simplest recipes in the world – asparagus cream has already been posted on the blog 🙂 This time we have even easier and faster version, because we save the time devoted to peeling white asparagus 🙂
We do not always have time and we do not always want to spend the summer hours in the kitchen. This does not mean however, that we can not eat really delicious and healthy dishes. The following cream is a great example of this.
Asparagus season is coming to an end, so let’s use the last days to enjoy them until next year 🙂 I wrote many times about asparagus, and taste..rate it yourself 🙂 In addition, I love everything with coconut and probably you know that I often add coconut milk to my soups.
Green asparagus soup
Preparation:
Wash the asparagus and cut off the ends. Cut it into smaller pieces and drain with water. Cook to softness under cover. Then add coconut milk and blend it. Season with salt and pepper.
I suggest to sprinkle the soup with roasted pumpkin seeds.
