Pair training = double motivation
Exercises performed in pairs are new training possibilities! You can do them with your mate, husband, elder child. They give lots of joy and motivate well! Today’s mini-workout is for people who like exercising with others.
Sample exercises:
Boxing in place
Touching hands (alternately) in front support
Squats with moving arms to the side
Rear support
Dodging a hook punch
Burpees with clapping hands
Exercises are supposed to bring tangible results, but also bring joy! Group or pair training is an opportunity to smile and motivate each other! 🙂
