Turmeric Hot Drink

It is often hard to find some free time while on the run, that’s why I appreciate even more those moments of evening relaxation when you can recharge your batteries after a whole day. Now that the evenings are getting longer and colder, it’s worth reaching for something extra to warm us up. Infusions with spices, which not only taste good, but also have a positive effect on our health, are just perfect in these circumstances! The main ingredient of the drink that I am offering today is turmeric. Not only does it have the special color, but also gives the drink a unique taste. Check it out!

 

Preparation:

I heated the water with coconut drink in a pot. I added the rest of the ingredients, except honey, and cooked for about 2 minutes. I poured the drink into a glass, let it cool slightly, and then I stirred in the honey. It tastes best when warm!
