Health, good shape and slim body are the things we should take care of throughout the year. I also think that any moment is good to start working out! On the other hand, I realize you can’t simply ignore the fact that summer is drawing to a close.
Summer holidays or weekend trips, though essential for recharging our batteries, often thwart our training plans. If someone has already developed the habit of regular physical activity, they will probably find enough time and place to work out anyway (I know that with Diet & Training by Ann you even train on the beach! :)) but… those who are planning to start training might find it more difficult.
That’s why in September I have decided to prepare a brand new training program 14 Day Beginner Challenge. I dedicate it to beginners or people who simply eased off a bit during vacation. But now, my dear sweethearts, there’s no room for excuses… 😉 😉
What will be the effects of 14 Day Beginner Challenge?
As the name suggests, 14 Day Beginner Challenge is a perfect program for beginners, but I also recommend it to those who are coming back to workouts after a long break or can never find the time to do some training. After all, these workouts last no longer than 30 minutes, including warm-up and stretching.
The intensity of workouts in 14 Day Beginner Challenge has been adjusted to keep it at a safe pace and strengthen your body, endurance, and shape, as well as burn some fat. It combines the elements of cardio, tabata, and strengthening exercises all of which focus on particular parts of your body, especially the stomach, thighs and glutes.
The safe pace doesn’t mean you will have to wait for months to see the effects! The program lasts only 14 days and I can promise you that you will see the difference in your look and well-being before you’ve even finished it. 😉
Throughout those 14 days I will see you on the mat every day, but no worries – we will devote two of the meetings solely to regeneration stretching and that’s why I am sure you’ll make it.
What do you need to train with the program?
The answer to this question is easy: not much. 😉 The access to my app Diet & Training by Ann will do. Anything else? Some floor space, comfy clothes, a mat or even just a carpet. No equipment or accessories. We will keep everything to a minimum.
And what about experience? Yes, the program is for beginners but will people who don’t have the faintest idea about exercise manage to accomplish it? How about those who last did some exercise during their high school PE classes? They will all make it, because we will be learning everything during the program! I will show and explain precisely how to do each exercise, I’ll give you some time to prepare… everything step by step.
You can see for yourself how easy it is! 🙂 Now it’s all in your hands. And because the first step is always the hardest, I have just one piece of advice for you – start as soon as possible! 🙂
