Reasons for riding a bike
Yes, I know – it’s autumn and it’s cold
But the real cyclists don’t hide their equipment in the garage. Some ride on a bike whole year! Fortunately, we have more and more bike paths :).
I support wholeheartedly cyclists and encourage those who are not convinced to try out two wheels. There are definitely healthier than four 🙂
Cycling has a lot of benefits:
- You’re burning redundant calories
 - Works great for your mood
 - Rushing metabolism
 - You fix the heart, protecting the body against atherosclerosis
 - Oxygenation of the brain – you will have better concentration and the ability to memorize
 - Slowing the aging of the body
 - Strengthens the respiratory system
 - You increase the body’s resistance
 - Slender legs
 - Ladies and gentlemen – cycling is firming the buttocks 🙂
 - Activates the muscles of the back
 - Save money
 - Save the environment
 - Nice to spend time – preferably as a couple – FriendSTraining
 
Choose a bike according to you, set the steering wheel and seat to your height – it is important for your spine. And go take a ride!
