Reasons for riding a bike

Yes, I know – it’s autumn and it’s cold

But the real cyclists don’t hide their equipment in the garage. Some ride on a bike whole year! Fortunately, we have more and more bike paths :).

I support wholeheartedly cyclists and encourage those who are not convinced to try out two wheels. There are definitely healthier than four 🙂

Cycling has a lot of benefits:

  • You’re burning redundant calories
  • Works great for your mood
  • Rushing metabolism
  • You fix the heart, protecting the body against atherosclerosis
  • Oxygenation of the brain – you will have better concentration and the ability to memorize
  • Slowing the aging of the body
  • Strengthens the respiratory system
  • You increase the body’s resistance
  • Slender legs
  • Ladies and gentlemen – cycling is firming the buttocks 🙂
  • Activates the muscles of the back
  • Save money
  • Save the environment
  • Nice to spend time – preferably as a couple – FriendSTraining

Choose a bike according to you, set the steering wheel and seat to your height – it is important for your spine. And go take a ride!
