Brownie with Fruit
I can’t imagine giving up sweets. A healthy diet is the art of conscious choices, proper habits, the ability to cut down on the things that are not necessarily good for our body, but also let our hair down sometimes! If you care about healthy nutrition every day, your diet is rich in vegetables, fruit and low-processed products, there is definitely a place for a piece of homemade brownie ?
Preparation:
I mixed the following ingredients in a bowl: xylitol, flour, cocoa, coconut sugar, chocolate and salt. Next, I mixed eggs, olive oil, water and vanilla extract in another bowl. Then I combined the dry and wet ingredients. I poured the mixture into a round form lined with baking paper. I baked it at 180°C for about 30 minutes. When ready, I left the cake to cool.
I decorated the cake with melted dark chocolate, fresh fruit and coconut flakes, and refrigerated it before serving ?
