A Fab Home-Made Bar
If you haven’t made up your mind what to serve for dessert on Christmas Eve – I’m here with yet another idea. Now it’s time for fabulous bars! Do you know anyone who doesn’t like chocolate goodies? I promise they’ll be a real treat for everyone’s taste buds, especially for the little ones ?
Preparation:
I poured the milk into a pot, put in half the chocolate bar and warmed it up over low heat. Then I added the flour, coconut sugar, cocoa and let it simmer while stirring until the mixture got slightly thicker. At the end I stirred in chopped nuts and nut butter. I transferred the mixture into a baking tin lined with baking paper and put it into the freezer for a few hours. When ready, I cut it into bars. I melted the other half of the chocolate in a saucepan, poured it over the bars and refrigerated them for an hour.
