If you’re still sitting behind the desk, it’s the best time for good changes! Everybody’s talking and writing about accepting a challenge before the summer! That’s what it’s all about! The more motivation, the better. Be open for changes, let yourself change for the better, be healthier and more beautiful. All around you shows how to do it, and we’re supporting you!
Why don’t you create your own Healthy Team. Just like me! We all need support!
Think of all those spring vegetables – more and more fresh, aromatic vegetables and fruit that do give us so much energy of the Sun and Earth.
There’re still nearly two months before the summer starts. Let’s go together to welcome it actively, OK? We’ll support and motivate ourselves. I’ll create the event “Shape body” on my Facebook account and I cordially invite you to take part in it. Get ready, do what you can, eat healthily and draw strength from the spring. Let’s swap energy and recipes with each other, inspiring and arranging activities together, preferably in the open air. I’ll try to keep my fingers on the pulse. There’ll be a running training program for beginners, more films with exercises, more recipes.
