Apple & Carrot Pancakes
Sugar cravings are often an excuse for many people to reach for ready-made off-the-shelf sweets. Instead, I would like you to try home-made cakes and sweets which turn out to be just as yummy. Today I have a recipe for both the small and the big ones, and these are sweet, sugar free pancakes with a hint of cinnamon and vanilla ?
Remember to choose ripe fruit as the natural sugars it contains will make your pancakes sweet. This recipe is really versatile because it will work both as a snack, breakfast, and a lunchbox meal ?
Preparation:
I peeled and grated the carrot and the apple, added the other ingredients and formed pancakes. You can make them two ways: either bake them at 180°C for about 25 minutes, or fry them with the lid on both sides over medium heat for about 4 minutes.
